2. Hosting and technical logs

PUG Shooter is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser or user-agent information and technical error data.

This information is used to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose faults and protect the service against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting configuration and applicable operational or legal requirements.

3. Local Top 10 and game preferences

PUG Shooter starts without persistent game storage. The game can be played before activating the local leaderboard.

If you choose Activate local Top 10, PUG Shooter uses browser local storage on that device to remember:

This game data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You can clear the current category with Clear Top 10. You can also choose Disable local storage, which removes PUG Shooter's saved records, preferences and local-storage choice from that browser.

The storage is activated on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the controls beside the local leaderboard.

4. 3D record celebration

The 3D Dexter celebration currently loads the Three.js library from cdnjs and the GLTFLoader component from jsDelivr. When these files are requested, the content-delivery providers receive ordinary connection data required to send the files, such as IP address and browser information. These requests are used to deliver the technical libraries required for the 3D effect, rather than for behavioural analytics on PUG Shooter.

5. Advertising

Google AdSense advertising is planned for PUG Shooter but is not currently active. No Google advertising consent platform is loaded by this release.

Before AdSense is enabled, PUG Shooter will use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform where required. Visitors will be able to make the relevant advertising choices before consent-dependent advertising technologies are used, and to change those choices later. This notice will be updated when advertising goes live.

6. Analytics

PUG Shooter currently does not use Google Analytics or another behavioural analytics service.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Technical data may be processed by service providers involved in hosting and delivery of the current 3D libraries. Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the provider is responsible for using an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

8. Your data-protection rights

Where we process personal data about you, you may have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the circumstances and legal basis. You may also withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the legal basis.

Questions or requests can be sent to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

9. Children

PUG Shooter is a general-audience browser game. It is not presented as a service specifically directed at children. Age-related advertising and consent requirements will be reviewed before advertising is activated.

10. Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the site's data-processing practices change, including the planned activation of Google AdSense or a change to the way technical libraries are delivered.
